A little about MeMy name is Andrew Bovill and Bootstrap Therapy is my psychotherapy practice. I run the practice from a separate office at home in Horwich, Bolton - just off junction 6 of the M61.
I am able to offer counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. My work often includes a little of each, in order to best suit my clients. In essence I provide safe, confidential, person-centered support when you need it most. Life is tricky. I am passionate about "mental-health issues" and am keen for them to be as acceptable at the dinner-table as the price-of-milk or the fluctuations in the Stock-Exchange. My passion has come from personal experience. As therapists and counsellors, we are not immune to mental health problems and as in my case, they are often the reason we become therapists. The Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy (MiP) is where I gained my Level-7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (a four-year training). As a therapist every day is a school-day and the learning never ends. |
